For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to My Music Office include www.mymusicoffice.com and MMO. The MMO website is a ecommerce site. By using the MMO website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
Collection of your Personal Information
MMO may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name. If you purchase MMO's products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction. MMO may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your age and gender. We may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.
Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by MMO. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the MMO website.

Use of your Google Data and Information
MMO allows you the option to connect the MMO Calendar system to your Google Calendar to allow the events created in the MMO Calendar to appear on your Google Calendar.
If you activate this system, you will be sent to Google to securely login to your Google account. The login to Google would only take place once and would take place on Google servers. MMO would then securly store an encrypted token that allows MMO to connect to your Google account. This token would give MMO read,edit, and delete access to your Google Calendar system event only and contains no personal information.
MMO would have access to the names of the different calendars stored in your Google Calendar system for the sole purpose of allowing you to select the Google calendar to which you want your MMO Calendar event posted. The name of this calendar is stored in the MMO database.
For each calendar event created and sent to Google, a Google event ID will be stored on the MMO database for the purpose of being able to edit and delete the Google Calendar event when the MMO event is edited or deleted. The event ID contains no personal information.

To secure your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure, MMO uses the following:

Children Under Thirteen
MMO collects personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. MMO collects this information for the following reason(s): This website may include information collected by school music directors about their students of all ages. This information could include but not limited to contact information, school financial account information, and equipment assigned to this student. All information will only be able to be accessed and used by the client that entered the information about the student. No information entered in the My Music Office system will be shared with an outside source..
